Kim Donaldson

Kim has over 20 years' experience in the public sector, largely in the field of post-secondary education. Prior to joining The Capital Hill Group in 2003, Kim worked in Dalton McGuinty's Office as a Special Advisor. In that capacity, Kim provided analysis and background information on potential candidates for the 2003 election. During this critical pre-election period, Kim met and worked with virtually all of the key members of the Ontario Government's current team.

• Past Executive Vice-President of the Ontario Liberal Party, worked directly with then President Greg Sorbara (former Minister of Finance) and then Treasurer Peter Wilkinson, Premier McGuinty's Chief of Staff, and Nominations Advisor to the Ontario Liberal Party.
• Undergraduate Secretary, Department of History, University of Toronto

Kim keeps on top of her volunteer work and professional life by keeping a constant eye on what's going on in the news. Whether it's working to advance the presence of women in the political community through her past position on the Steering Committee of Equal Voice, or mining various publications for information helpful to her clients, Kim is constantly watching for trends as they develop in the media.
