Mark Quinn

Senior Consultant

Mark is an experienced and effective government relations practitioner. He brings his extensive experience as a senior executive and communications professional in the federal government to the service of his clients. He has a direct knowledge and understanding of various federal government departments and agencies, such as Indian Affairs & Northern Development, Environment Canada and Communications Canada. Most recently, Mark served four and a half years as Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor.

Mark has an in-depth knowledge of the Parliamentary & Committee process and the machinery of government. He previously served as a Researcher, Legislative Assistant and as an Executive Assistant to a Member of Parliament. He has also provided strategic communications planning and implementation advice throughout his tenure in government.

Mark holds an Honours degree in Political Science and History from Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario. He also obtained a Masters of Philosophy degree in International Relations & Peace Studies from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
