Mark Quinn Senior Consultant Mark is an experienced and effective government relations practitioner. He brings his extensive experience as a senior executive and communications professional in the federal government to the service of his clients. He has a direct knowledge and understanding of various federal government departments and agencies, such as Indian Affairs & Northern Development, Environment Canada and Communications Canada. Most recently, Mark served four and a half years as Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor.
Mark has an in-depth knowledge of the Parliamentary & Committee process and the machinery of government. He previously served as a Researcher, Legislative Assistant and as an Executive Assistant to a Member of Parliament.
